Dragon Time™ Essential Oil Blend from Young Living Essential Oils
Dragon Time™ Essential Oil Blend is a blend of calming and soothing essential oils, including clary sage, which contains natural phytoestrogens ~ the perfect choice for women's emotions during special times and needs. Its balancing properties make it a perfect choice for supporting normal, healthy emotions during the female monthly cycle. Dragon Time™ is recommended for young and mature women.
Ingredients:
- Clary sage (Salvia sclarea)
- Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
- Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
- Marjoram (Origanum majorana)
- Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)
- Jasmine (Jasminum officinale)
Applications: Dilute 1 part EO to 1 part vegetable oil [I prefer organic oils so that chemicals do not interact with the essential oil and waste energy]. Diffuse, directly inhale, or add 2-4 drops to bath water. Aply 1-2 drops on wrists, neck, temples or VitaFlex points on ankles/feet. Dilute 1:15 with vegetable oil for a full-body massage. Apply with a hot compress or directly over lower abdomen, across lower back, or on location of pain. Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Dilution not required; suitable for all but the most sensitive skin. Generally safe for children over 2 years of age.

Dragon Time... A Throw-back to Medieval?
Dragon Time - this has been interesting and it has been kind of fun listening to the feedback I get from the women. Dragon Time is a terminology that was given to the time of the month for women back in the Dark Ages, medieval times perhaps. It's an age-old description for that.
Clary Sage and Fennel, here we are on the sclarea (which is your Clary Sage) and again we see the sesquiterpenes here. All of the oils that work with hormones contain sesquiterpenes. It's a very interesting phenomena. Here we have the estrogen-like action, the scleral.
About Scleral
For those who did not understand the names that I chose for SclarEssence™, SclaraDerm and ClaraDerm, now you know where it comes from. The scleral in Clary Sage is the compound that creates the estrogen or testosterone-mimicking action. It's anti-infectious, it's anti-bacterial, it's anti-spasmodic, it's a neurotonic, anti-diabetic, and anti-cholesterol, so it lowers cholesterol.
Clary Sage has also been referred to by some people as being esoteric (that it's an hallucinogenic). It is not an hallucinogenic; it increases oxygen to the brain and some people who have never had oxygen to the brain before, once they get it, think that it's an hallucinogenic, so we get a lot of incorrect statements!
