Ingredients:
- Basil (Ocimum basilicum)
- Marjoram (Origanum majorana)
- Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
- Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
- Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)
- Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum)
Applications: For aromatic use. Place two drops of M-Grain™in the palms of the hands, cup over nose, and breathe deeply. Apply on temples, forehead, and back of neck, brainstem, crown, shoulders and foot VitaFlex points. Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Dilution recommended for both topical and internal use. Dilute before using on sensitive areas such as the face, neck, genital area, etc. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and very small children. Keep away from eyes.

M-Grain™, Clarity™, Brain Power™ – all these are very specific. M-Grain™ remains specific for dealing with migraines and it's best applied through the Vita Flex on the thumbs and fingers. You can rub it on the back of the neck – it's great for that. Again, we have Basil and Marjoram for releasing the spasms that happen from lack of oxygen. For those who have not heard me say this before, 99% of headaches (whether it's a migraine or just a headache) is brain dehydration. People do not drink enough pure water. If you are drinking water with chlorine in it, it's going to cause brain dehydration. So hydrate the brain.
Lavender or Peppermint are for the nerves and are calming to the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system. Roman Chamomile and Helichrysum are there to chelate the heavy metals and the toxins out of the brain and out of the body so you can get better blood circulation.
