Application: Dilute 1 part Mountain Savory essential oil with 1 part organic vegetable oil. Apply directly on location, chakras/Vita Flex points, directly inhale, diffuse, or take as a dietary supplement. When using as a supplement, dilute one drop in a capsule or 4 fl. oz. of soy or rice milk. Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician.
