Neroli Essential Oil (Citrus sinensis) has a citrusy, floral scent and in ancient times was highly regarded by the Egyptians for its healing properties of body, mind and spirit. **Neroli is an absolute or essence, rather than an essential oil.
Neroli is useful against parasites and digestive issues and can lower blood pressure, is helpful for insomnia and skin conditions such as scars and stretch marks. Neroli works at the cellular level to stimulate new cell growth thereby shedding old skin cells.
Accoding to Kurt Schnaubelt's Medical Aromatherapy, Neroli facilitates birthing and eases post-partum depression. "It contains the dimeric form of ocimene, a youth hormone, which might explain its effectiveness in preventing stretch marks."
The fragrance of Neroli serves as a natural relaxant and is useful for those dealing with depression and anxiety by strengthening and stabilizing the emotions. How to use: For dietary or topical use. Dilute one drop with V-6™ Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex or organic olive or vegetable oil. Put in a capsule and take up to three times daily or as needed. Topical: Apply 2-4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required except for the most sensitive skin. Aromatic: Diffuse up to one hour three times daily. Keep out of reach of children.
